We will obtain information from you if you sign up for the 'My Co-active' service - and/or when you alter your preferences.
What information do we collect?
To sign up for the 'My Co-active' service you will need to provide your email address, your name plus your 'My Co-active' viewing and/or email alert preferences.
How do we use this information?
Co-active is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share this information with others in ways different from that detailed in this Privacy Statement, and will not sell or rent it to anyone else. We will not share your email address with any other organisation - but may compile anonomysed analysis reports on general 'My Co-active' usage and preferences which may be shared with our funders and organisations sharing our objectives.
Co-active may also send you occasional email alerts on the Co-active service, up-to-date information about Co-active materials and information about specific activities such as customer feedback surveys etc.
We will use your information to provide you with the 'My Co-active' service - allowing you to make choices in what categories of data/articles are presented to you on our website, plus to receive monthly email alerts letting you know when new items of your choice have been added to the website.

Co-active Ltd is registered with the Data Registrar under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such has committed to follow the eight principles laid out in the Act.
